Education Leadership

Overview

The Texas High School Project’s (THSP) Education Leadership initiative was established in recognition of the critical role quality school leaders play in the success of school reform efforts. This initiative is intended to strengthen the link between leadership development, a more focused learning environment, and increased student performance by increasing the number of principals and teacher leaders able to successfully lead change in high-need schools.

Superintendent Networks

To align district and state systems as well as policy on leadership development, training and certification, and performance, THSP has assembled superintendent networks representative of major urban, rural, and Texas-Mexico border school districts across the state.
